Adding the mace to any workout provides a greater challenge, an intense dynamic AND helps you get results that much faster. Ron shows you the traditional exercise of a pistol but by adding the mace, makes the workout even more challenging and effective.
Extreme. That words used a lot. It’s extreme! I’m extreme, and today I’m going to show you something really cool with a 10 pound mace that’s getting quite a work out here at the Hanzo Ranch. We’re going to forgo the traditional stuff like that, and I’m just going to show you some razzle dazzle stuff. Remember Stripes? Razzle dazzle.
Maybe you don’t. I’ll do jokes among myself. We’ll let the trucks pass. Hi, guys. How you doing? It’s busy activity here at the Hanzo Ranch. They’re going to fetch the bodies that didn’t make it quite back up from the river.
Because of this mace, and how we can leverage, we’re going to do a really cool combination. If you’re feeling real frisky and real bad ass, this is the way to go. You’re going to like it. This is just strictly showboat stuff. It’s fun to be able to do. If you can do that in a regular basis, it’s the ultimate way to get a leg work out.
You know the pistol. You take this and use this as a leverage point. You getting all that, brother? You can do that and then if you want to come back up, you pull that back up but instead of putting your foot down, you use this as a leverage point and go into a dive bomb.
That’s pretty cool. Again, if you’re not good at a pistol, this is actually a really good way to get good at the pistol. You shoot this out, you come down, and you can maneuver this wherever you need it so that it helps you come back up and then you can go into your dive bomb.
There’s some cross effect cross training.
The other thing we wanted to talk about today was the media approach in diet and vitamins. The next set of blogs is going to be about how ridiculous people are with diet, diet books, diet ideas, workout ideas, it’s just absurd. It’s stupid, it’s ridiculous.
Disagree with me? Good, get a hold of me, glad to talk to you about it. Enough. Simple works. Amazed? The ground, a slack line, eat clean. This diet thing in America, it’s ridiculous. Now there’s yet another movie. “Fed Up,” I think it’s called, and it’s “Look out, diet’s bad, and the evil sugar companies,” and stuff.
I got some news for you. Don’t stick it in your face, no problem. We’re going to get to that to the next one, next blog. Until next week, I’ll see you later. Bye.
