introduction to kettlebells
Hey! All right. This next set of blogs is going to be about kettlebells; kettlebell swings, kettlebell snatches, kettlebell trickery. A lot of people have a lot of misrepresentation and interpretation about kettlebells. We’re gonna dissolve those and break those myths. I was one of the founding kettlebell guys in the Midwest, and we’re gonna educate you correctly, cause there’s a lot of stupidity out there. There’s truckloads and busloads of stupidity.
Most importantly, you’re gonna learn how to select a kettlebell, how to swing a kettlebell, and how to incorporate it into what we’re already doing. Which is, you know, the rings, the bosu, all kinds of fun stuff like that. But this first set of blogs is really gonna be about the mechanics and the ABC’s of what you can do with this thing.
So, make sure that you come back for the next blog, cause it’s gonna be very exciting. Very exciting. We’re gonna learn to use that. That weighs 370 pounds. Yes, it does. Don’t you shake your head at me, Mr. Cameraman. That’s 370 if it’s a pound.
