fitness training is all about simplicity
You don’t need something fancy for your fitness new year’s resolution. Just get a set of gymnastic grade rings and you’re set to have the best body of your life! Well, of course you have to use them, but that’s what I’m here for – to show you how you can use the rings to get in GREAT shape.

These are, in the next bunch of series of stuff we’re going to do, we’re going to talk about simple…these are $67, simple investments that give you unbelievable return on your effort.
One of the coolest things you can do with a set of rings, first of all, gymnasts, have you ever seen better bodies? Learning to just hold your body. Legs straight. Feet straight. Chest out. Man, I’m feeling this everywhere; abs, butt, core, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and then down.
Something that simple can totally transform everything in your core, your whole body. The idea of the Hanzo training and our blog, simplicity rules. Simple diet, simple vitamin regime, simple exercise routine. You’ll be in the shape of your life.
Again, you get a set of these. You lean forward. You press up. It looks so simple and yet every student I take and put up here, they all end up shaking like that because this really works all the inferior and interior minutiae of all these little connector tissues and all that stuff that have really big words that I don’t know the names of.
Also, it’s fun to have a set of rings in your house because, well, it’s disturbing and scary. If people want to know why you’ve got rings in the kitchen. Why not, I say.
If you get a set of rings, make sure they are gymnastic grade. Make sure you’ve got a nice big beam to hook them onto like I do.
