So a couple of things we’re going to do today, I’ll show you how to use two of these bad boys. The simplest way to do is to…step back Mr. Cameraman. We’re going to start right at the very end of the ball and get into a pushup position. All right?
Then we’re going to drop a knee, and we’re going to keep our left hand down, our right knee down, extend. Now that doesn’t look too bad, OK. But as we continue to do it, a little less choke up on the Mace itself. Hey, that’s getting interesting. Oh Yeah! Let’s go one more…Huh, what for? Oh Baby! That’s working, Yeah!
You can add a push up, like that…Push up…like that.Think you get the idea, back to this, where you work on the fulcrum of this mace, determines the intensity of the move.
