Gymnastic rings are a great tool to use to get a full-body workout. Learn some simple yet dynamic routines that will help you see results in no time.
Here’s one you could possibly do with your rings. That’s right, we’re still on the rings. How are you today? Are you good? Good.
How to amp stuff up with just rings. The rings and the flexibility you get out of them. The agility and the dynamics. Mostly just the dynamic of the move.
Dips. Wow, see this; everything’s mobile. You can shoot back. You can shoot forward. You push up. You push down. Man, everything’s getting work there. Your shoulders, your triceps, your biceps, your forearms, your obliques, your hip flexors, your quadriceps, your chest big time. Really getting focused on the inside of your pectoral muscles.
And again, it’s taking a simple movement that you might do on a chair and creating a new dynamic, just like having this crazy aspect of fluidity from a gymnastic ring. You notice that I don’t have mats or anything. That’s because I do very basic moves and very, very, very simple moves and I’m very cautious and careful.
