tools for push ups
Yeah, that’s right. Just tidying up a little bit. Damn socks.
Up you go, down you go. Perfect push ups. Remember these?
Holding your body up at a deficit or an incline or a decline is a definite advantage in developing triceps, deltoids, forearms, pectorals, and upper back muscles. Something this simple, this, just learning to hold your body up like this and then moving around. Doing this.
That’s extremely efficient in helping you open up your shoulders, flexing your body, building lower abdominal strength, leg strength, getting ready for the big ballet show that you’re going to be in.
I know Gary and I are getting ready right now. We’re going to be in Swan Lake Part Three 3D: Toxic Holiday.
Hey, what’s that floating by?
I don’t know.
It’s a dead swan.
Perfect push ups. Anywhoo, you see the agility and flexibility? Look, when I’m up there; let’s say that I’ve got limited rotation or ability in my arm or my body to adjust and adapt. Coming up and twisting, I can still get the same effect without jacking my wrist, jacking my elbow, or jacking my shoulder. There’s some play involved in there.
Or you can spread them out, create a different dynamic. Pec muscles, ab muscles. Hell, you can do whatever you want with these things.
Again, a simple tool. It takes no space. Very inexpensive and uber efficient in the payback that we get from the physical fitness center there.
All these little tools you should have in your house. Everything I’ve been showing you the last couple months doesn’t add up to $100, so what are you waiting for? It’s got to be mid July by now.
We’re filming in January, a very cold January, a freaking cold January. But I’ve said too much already. We’ll say more on the next set. Peace.
