workplace workouts: ab toner
The majority of people that I run into spend their days working in an office… they cannot hold themselves up. That ain’t good. That ain’t even close to being funny. It’s sad. They shove crap food in their face all day, then go to happy hour. And then… they wonder why they’re fat and out of shape.
So you want rock hard abs? Just hold yourself up. Doing that is probably the best way to develop abs. Holding your body up engages all your abdominal muscles. It builds your tricep muscles. It builds your chest muscles, and it builds your lats, your back muscles.

You’ve got steps, you’ve got the floor. Here’s another great thing to do at home, office, whatever. I mean this, you could get away with this, close the door, no one will know. Everyone here is at lunch right now, because I guess they just didn’t get enough candy. We’re going to have a talk about that.
Holding yourself up. Look, feet are off the ground. OK? All right.

That’s right, just holding yourself up, and then doing cartoon running. You can almost hear the cartoon music, can’t you?
Do that, wow, you’ll really feel those abs. It’s safe, you can spot yourself. Oh, I can’t hold myself up anymore.
This is so simple. It’s genius. I invented it. I actually invented tables. I invented hats. I invented the body hold. I invented cement, too.
I did not invent candy. Have I showed you the candy?
Slowpoke. This is Slowpoke. There’s a Tootsie, this is a chocolate kind of mercenary thing. Caramels, does anybody really like caramels? I don’t think they do. There’s a Tootsie Roll. You’ve got to make exceptions for everything.
Workplace workouts. So, anyway, when you get really good, you can let yourself down and push yourself up. That’s super strength. But for right now, make sure your wrists are straight. These tables are far apart, but I wanted to show you that you can just do this anywhere you like, anywhere you want. Just hold your body.
